Envestnet is seeking an Investment Solutions Analyst to join their Wealth Solutions department. This hybrid role requires in-office work in Denver, CO. The analyst will support investment products, market strategy, and sales initiatives. Responsibilities include turning data into digestible content, supporting sales teams, evaluating data, identifying trends, collaborating across teams, and providing market insights to sales and distribution teams. The role requires the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and create high-quality content for both internal and external audiences. The Investment Solutions Analyst will also analyze market data, identify patterns, and coordinate automation of presentations and reports.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years minimum experience in related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience with coding (SQL, Python)
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Solutions Analyst to join our team, with a focus on supporting investment products, market strategy, and sales initiatives. The analyst will also play a key role in transforming insights into compelling and digestible content and deliverables, including reports, presentations, and other materials in support of Envestnet’s Wealth Solution’s business lines. Job Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and distribution teams within Envestnet’s Wealth Solutions business by delivering actionable insights and strategies to drive business objectives
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and inform decision-making across managed accounts, tax overlay, and high net worth solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales, distribution, and product initiatives with the specific needs of the RIA channel, ensuring seamless delivery of Wealth Solutions offerings
  • Proactively problem-solve complex challenges, connecting disparate elements of the Wealth Solutions business to create cohesive content that supports managed accounts and tax overlay offerings
  • Exhibit a passion for and deep understanding of financial markets and macro-economic trends, providing timely updates and actionable market insights to sales and distribution teams, with a focus on high net worth teams
  • Synthesize complex macro-economic research and financial market developments into clear, concise communications tailored for RIA advisors and high net worth clients
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving priorities and market dynamics within Envestnet’s Wealth Solutions business unites
  • Assist in creating high-quality output, including written reports, visualizations, slide decks, and other content tailored to internal and external audiences
  • Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative market data to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks. Coordinate with team members to automate presentation decks and reports    
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested  
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years minimum experience preferred in market research, investment data analysis, content development, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Morningstar, Bloomberg, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating polished content (e.g., reports, presentations).
    • Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience with coding (e.g., SQL, Python) or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

    Salary:

    The annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 to $126,000.
