Job Description

The IT Student will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop AI solutions, build agents within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and connect data sources. They will also extend Copilot functionality, develop intelligent solutions, and implement LLM-based applications. Responsibilities include using vector databases, building CI/CD pipelines, developing custom Microsoft 365 solutions, and integrating via the Microsoft Graph API. The student will also contribute to a .NET-based e-commerce platform.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated IT Student (M/F/D) to join our IT team in Gdynia, Berlin, Munich or Meiningen.

Principle duties and essential functions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, HR, Finance) to design and develop tailored AI solutions
Build declarative and advanced agents within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g., Copilot, Teams, SharePoint) using no-code/low-code tools (Copilot Studio, SharePoint) as well as pro-code approaches (Teams Toolkit)
Connect relevant data sources and external APIs to Copilot Studio
Extend Microsoft Copilot functionality through Graph connectors and plugins
Develop intelligent solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and the Microsoft Copilot Stack, including RAG architectures and multi-agent systems
Implement LLM-based applications using the Semantic Kernel SDK (C#, Python, Java) or LangChain (Python, Java)
Use vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation to optimize business applications
Build reliable CI/CD pipelines with Git and Azure DevOps, and containerize workflows
Develop and maintain custom Microsoft 365 solutions (e.g., Teams apps, Power Platform workflows)
Integrate via the Microsoft Graph API and maintain user lifecycle solution (PowerShell, C#, SQL, DTFx)
Contribute to the further development of a .NET-based e-commerce platform using nopCommerce

Knowledge, skills and experience required

Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in C# and/or Python
Basic understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, NLP, LLMs, RAG, and computer vision
Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and a structured approach in dynamic project environments
Willingness to continuously learn and grow professionally
Experience with cloud-based AI services (Azure Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Foundry) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 development, especially Teams and SharePoint would be an advantage
