Job Description

Playnetic seeks a proactive Key Account Manager to build and maintain a strong relationship with their primary partner, driving revenue growth and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include forging lasting partnerships, owning revenue opportunities, acting as the primary point of contact, coordinating with internal teams, meeting objectives and reporting KPIs, mastering products and the iGaming landscape, collaborating on game releases and marketing, and ensuring flawless reporting. The ideal candidate possesses B2B/B2C gaming experience (slots/sweepstakes), is a confident communicator, a self-starter, fluent in English (additional languages a plus), and is ready for occasional travel.

What You’ll Do

As a key player in our growing team, you’ll be at the heart of Playnetic’s mission to deliver top-tier service and drive revenue growth. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Forge Strong Partnerships: Build and maintain lasting relationships with our one key partner, ensuring they receive unparalleled service.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Take ownership of revenue opportunities and help scale success within the key account.
  • Be the Go-To Expert: Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating seamlessly with internal teams to meet partner needs.
  • Hit the Targets: Meet objectives, report KPIs, and contribute to the strategic success of our department.
  • Know the Market: Master our products, our competitors, and the iGaming landscape to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate to Innovate: Plan and execute game releases, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities in sync with our teams.
  • Stay Detail-Oriented: Pre-empt issues, streamline processes, and ensure every report and system update is flawless.

About You

You’re not just skilled; you’re a natural at this. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Industry Expertise: You’ve worked in B2C/B2B gaming, particularly in slots or sweepstakes, at a senior client-facing level.
  • A Confident Communicator: Clear, concise, and an excellent listener, you can manage high expectations with ease.
  • Self-Starter: You’re proactive, independent, and always ahead of the game.
  • World-Ready: Fluent in English (bonus points for additional languages) and ready to travel as needed.

Established in 2023, Playnetic is a new player in the world of gaming entertainment. We design and build slot games from scratch - from idea to release. Our games will be played in regulated markets globally through industry-leading operators.

Our innovative gaming content is centred around our core values: quality gaming, dedicated customer service, and reliable delivery to our partners.

We're currently in a phase of growth and will scale considerably over the next 12 months.

As a fully remote studio, we understand the importance of staying connected and maintaining team collaboration. We are continually mindful of this as we grow and have the tools and support in place to help us all flourish.
