We're growing quickly and we’re looking for a Lead iOS Engineer to help establish and lead a team-centered around the mission of providing a best-in-class experience for our customers on our Lottery team. This position requires strong technical skills and a bias toward collaboration. You will be working across teams, informing business decisions, and helping to expand our enterprise software platform.
Take an active part in all development stages and focus on building the architectural design of new features, breakdown, and implementation.
Work closely with the Product team to understand the scope of the project and define technical requirements.
Mentor and train other Software Engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills to grow and be successful in their roles.
Act as the primary spokesperson for your teams’ systems within our Engineering organization.
Collaborate with team members to design, build, and deliver innovative applications within a defined timeline.
Collaborate with business leads across the company to define milestones and deliveries for new functionality to be added to existing applications.

Work with your team under fast deadlines to design, build, and deliver innovative applications.
Lead your team in design sessions and ensure your team delivers high-quality work that aligns with the missions of our applications and platform.
You have experience as the ‘expert’ on a development team where you were responsible for everything from planning to delivering key features and management of those features.
At least 5 years of experience in iOS development with strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
Experience with custom views, animations, and reactive programming.
Strong knowledge of OOP principles, Design Patterns, and native OS capabilities.
Expertise in app signing, deployment processes, and consumer app best practices.
Experience with REST APIs, Dependency Injection, and debugging.
Familiarity with native application development (iOS or Android)
You also have the ability to write automated comprehensive test suites at all levels of the architecture.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 136,000.00 USD - 170,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
