As a Lead Tech Artist, you will work closely with the art director and leads to drive the artistic vision of the game. You will oversee the development of art pipelines, including proprietary tools, software plug-ins, and in-game technology. Your responsibilities include assisting in planning asset production with FX, concept, character, and level teams, and mentoring your team to elevate their skills in process, technical, and artistic techniques. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital beauty, possesses broad computer science knowledge, and is eager to learn new technologies and art software, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Good To Have:- Intermediate knowledge of Unreal Engine
- Good knowledge of linear algebra and vectors
Must Have:- Minimum 3 years of game development experience
- Experience with asset and art pipeline creation
- Advanced knowledge of C# and Unity
- Strong self-motivation and communication skills
- Ability to work creatively in a team
- Mastery in FX/particle animation, lighting, rigging, scripting, or shaders
- Skill in illustration, animation, VFX, or modeling
