Job Description
Smilegate RPG seeks a skilled Content Balance Planner for their flagship MMORPG, Lost Ark. Responsibilities include balancing game content, designing character progression systems, and crafting rewarding gameplay experiences. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in game balancing, extensive RPG experience, strong numerical skills, and a passion for Lost Ark. The role requires logical persuasion, teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, and adherence to schedules. Bonus points for experience with various RPG platforms and involvement in game balancing from inception to launch.
Must have:
- 2+ years balance experience
- Extensive RPG playing experience
- Strong numerical sense
