Team

It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).
Role
- Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people
- Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas
- Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why
- Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
- Have the opportunity to cover different product scopes (e.g., hyper casual, hybrid, casual)
- Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools)
Profile
- Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
- Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity
- Creative and have a hacker mindset
- Understand how your creations drive marketing performance
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- At least 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual
