Job Description

As a Media Buying Performance Marketer at Hike, you will be responsible for executing full-funnel performance marketing strategies across various channels, including direct buying, affiliate networks, DSPs, and influencer-driven paid campaigns. You will manage and optimize media budgets of ₹3–4 Cr+/month, focusing on key metrics like CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV. The role also involves building and nurturing partnerships, leading A/B testing, and running data-driven performance analyses to drive smart optimizations. You will collaborate with creative teams and ensure accurate campaign tracking.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of performance marketing experience with focus on ROI and revenue growth
  • Proven success managing and optimizing large monthly budgets
  • Experience with influencer marketing from a performance lens
  • Deep familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer/Branch)
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools like Tableau
  • Highly analytical with a data-first mindset
  • Creative sensibility with a good eye for ad formats
  • Strong attention to detail in campaign setup

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/media buying with a focus on ROI, revenue growth, and efficiency ITop Talent in Every Role 
  • Proven success managing and optimizing ₹3–4 Cr+ monthly budgets across direct, affiliate, and programmatic channels IOwner not a Renter

What You’ll Do 📲

  • Operations Own and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategy across direct buying, affiliate networks, DSPs, and influencer-driven paid campaigns.
  • Operations Manage and optimize media budgets of ₹3–4 Cr+/month, with a sharp focus on CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
  • Operations Plan and manage influencer-led media amplification, working with influencer teams or platforms to drive measurable performance impact.
  • Operations Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to build and scale compelling, scroll-stopping ad creatives, grounded in user insights.
  • Operations Own attribution accuracy and data hygiene, ensuring flawless campaign tracking, UTM consistency, event mapping, and fraud controls via MMPs.
  • Operations Build and nurture high-impact partnerships with publishers, ad networks, affiliates, and influencer platforms.
  • Strategy Scale high-quality user acquisition using ROI-positive strategies across multiple cohorts and geographies.
  • Strategy Lead structured experimentation and A/B testing for creatives, targeting strategies, bid types, and channel mixes.
  • Strategy Track media trends and emerging platforms, staying ahead of the curve on new performance channels and best practices.
  • Analytics Run daily data-driven performance analysis using tools like Tableau, internal dashboards, and MMPs (Appsflyer/Branch) to drive smart, actionable optimizations.
  • Leadership Deliver sharp performance insights with attention to detail, ensuring clean reporting and actionable feedback for internal and external stakeholders.
