Job Description

THE GAME seeks a mid-weight concepting team (or two individuals) to create exceptional campaigns for a global automotive client. Responsibilities include concept development and execution across various platforms (social media, experiential activations, influencer content, digital formats), presentations to internal and external stakeholders, management of external providers, and mentoring junior teams. Ideal candidates possess 3+ years of experience in campaign concepting, preferably in a social media-first environment, strong conceptual skills, insightful strategies, and excellent art direction and copywriting abilities. The role requires proficiency in production (shooting, film, AI, digital), a passion for automotive and luxury brands, and strong presentation and client communication skills.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are on the lookout for a mid-weight concepting team to deliver exceptional creative ideas for a global automotive client. You could be a creative team already or we will also consider two individuals to team up on projects.
You don’t have to be a traditional Art/Copy team either, instead our focus is on ideas. Our goal is to find a team that complements each other, pushes the creative, owns their ideas and who challenge each other to be better creatives. We want to see strong conceptual skills, insightful strategies, great art direction, engaging copy, confident presentations, and faultless executions. If this sounds like you, get in touch!
WHAT YOU DO

  • Own responsibility for conception, realisation and supervision of groundbreaking concepts and 360° campaigns (Social, experiential activations, influencer content, digital formats etc).
  • Development of concepts and executions.
  • Presentation of concepts and work internally and externally.
  • Control of external service providers.
  • Leading junior teams and collaborating with social creatives.

WHO YOU ARE
  • 3+ years professional experience in campaign concepting, preferably in a social media first environment.
  • Strategic, structured, conceptual know-how and thinking.
  • Creativity and excellent sense for outstanding ideas.
  • Production experience (shooting, film, AI, digital).
  • An interest in automotive and luxury brands.
  • Affinity for trends (social, content, photography, design, technology, popular culture).
  • High self-demand, team spirit, commitment, flexibility and reliability.
  • Skills in AI, film editing, design, advantageous.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Distinct understanding of brands, products and target audiences.
  • Robust organisational capabilities and exceptional attention to detail of their work.
  • A generally confident demeanour in virtual and real spaces when presenting and debating in front of teams and senior management.
  • Experienced in engaging with clients in person, via email or video call.
  • Proficient at operating under pressure and achieving time-sensitive objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of who your audience is and tailor messages to meet its needs.
  • Positive, proactive team member, with a drive to deliver best-in-class creative.
