We are seeking an MIS and Reporting Specialist to support supply chain operations by focusing on data analysis, KPI tracking, and insights generation. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing client-specific data requirements and providing daily and ad hoc reports to facilitate decision-making. Working closely with the team, this role ensures seamless reporting and insights delivery to enhance supply chain processes and performance.
Must have:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI to track KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates on KPIs to internal teams and clients.
  • Prepare and share daily operational reports to monitor progress.
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Support demand and supply planning through data analysis.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-specific data.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customized reports.
  • Address client concerns using data analysis and visualization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Good to have:
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or database management is a plus.

Primary Skills

  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Reco Adherence, supplier performance, and delivery timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on KPIs to internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency and supporting timely decision-making.
  • Prepare and share daily operational reports to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with goals.
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL to process large datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend data-driven improvements to optimize operations and decision-making.
  • Support demand and supply planning through insights derived from data analysis.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-specific data and reporting needs.
