National trade Key Account Manager IL
About the role
The role of National Trade KAM IL is to maximize sales, profit, market-shares and visibility results. Build strong customer relationships to ensure partnerships deliver for both parties in the short and long term to optimize Haleon’s presence across the customer base.
Role Responsibilities
Develop credible relationships that lead to win-win agreements, ensuring Haleon’s strategy is
implemented.
Build annual customer plans and ensure regular monitoring of its execution.
Participate in the preparation of the negotiation strategy and executes.
Monitor Gross to Net and ensure that the Net Revenue Management targets are achieved. Participate in the annual pricing exercise.
Gain agreement on annual activation plan and monitor the brilliant execution. Negotiate robust listing for our New Product Developments. Monitor and amend KPIs that relate to execution.
Identify opportunities based on customer insights and work cross-functionally towards translating them to actionable category proposals.
Collaborate with all the commercial teams for the development of Joint Business Plans.
Monitor competition and identify risks/opportunities.
Ensure regular reporting.
Responsible for the forecasting cycle.
Preparation of regular Key Account Reviews.
Why you?
Minimum Required qualification:
3+ years’ experience in Sales Key Accounts management within Pharmacy channel would be a plus
Proficient English language skills
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Winning sales skills: strategic planning, insights mining, relationship management, account strategy.
Experience in leading cross-functional projects and synergistic teamwork.
Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity.
Ability to find solutions and move things forward.
Strong negotiation/influence/communication skills
Results driven, resilient, problem solving and decision making.
Creating business solutions.
