【岗位职责】
1.负责海外热门游戏“NIKKE”的全球社区与内容运营统筹，包括海外官方社区相关策略制定、执行、监控和分析，提升用户对游戏和社区的粘性； 2.善于策划及撬动高品质创意内容的产出[活动、视频、平面、文案等]，推进内容落地并监测效果； 3.与游戏研发、运营、品牌营销等团队协作，根据游戏节点，进行话题打造、社区运营和用户运营，以社区流量、活跃为目标，助力游戏新进，活跃和回流； 4.打造符合二次元IP特征的UGC/PUGC体系，沉淀优质的内容合作伙伴； 5.基于用户反馈和需求，市场数据分析，通过活动、内容等手段，沉淀和维护核心用户，维护产品口碑。
Requirements:
1.3年及以上社区运营或内容产出相关工作经验，有海外社区运营经验者优先； 2.热爱ACG，需有NIKKE的游戏经验，尤其关注日本流行、二次元或相关方面前沿动态； 3.日语听说读写流畅，能够作为日常工作语言； 4.沟通能力强，善于与用户交流，善于沟通和协调资源，有极强的工作责任心。
