We are seeking a Community Marketing Manager to help build and nurture our online and offline communities. You will play a key role in developing strategies that foster meaningful engagement and cultivate brand advocates. The ideal candidate has a passion for building relationships, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of how to engage and grow communities in line with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Engage with and grow the company’s community across social media platforms, forums, and other online spaces. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and advocacy. Manage and moderate online forums, social media groups, and community platforms to ensure a positive and active environment. Plan and execute community events (both virtual and in-person), such as webinars, meetups, and discussions to foster engagement and connections. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align community efforts with overall brand messaging and goals. Identify and build relationships with community influencers, ambassadors, and key stakeholders. Monitor community feedback, responding to queries, concerns, and discussions in a timely and helpful manner. Track community engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize content, engagement activities, and community growth strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms that can enhance community engagement. Assist in the creation of community-driven content such as user stories, testimonials, and case studies. Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams, relaying feedback and fostering a customer-centric approach. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in community management or marketing, preferably in a digital environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building relationships. Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and community tools such as Whatsapp Communities, Discord, Slack, or similar platforms. Ability to think creatively about engaging content and community initiatives. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Analytical skills to track and measure community growth, engagement, and satisfaction. Positive, approachable, and empathetic attitude when engaging with community members. Knowledge of basic marketing principles and community-driven marketing strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience working with influencer marketing or ambassador programs. Prior experience in organizing events or virtual meetups. Experience in a tech startup, SaaS, or IT industry is a plus.
