Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for Segregation of Duties (SOD) / SOX, Internal Controls Automation, Remediation, Risk Mitigation, and Configuration Management. They will need extensive hands-on experience with WEBADI, Data loader, ADFDI, FBDI, and BPM. The role involves full life cycle Cloud Fusion implementation, supporting Oracle GRC, including General Ledger (GL), Account Payables (AP), Account Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CE) and AGIS. Experience with Oracle GRC and Fusion Risk Management is also required. Responsibilities also include solution design for Risk Management, preparing and delivering AIM Documents, user access provisioning control, application control and security, and fraud detection and prevention. The role will also involve developing and running exception reports.

  • Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies

Background

LSEG have embarked on a Finance Transformation programme, to deliver our Finance Vision and transform the way we work to create value and deliver sustainable growth for the business. The Programme is driving efficiencies and maximising benefits for LSEG by moving to a single cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning and Performance Management (Oracle Fusion/EPM/EDM).

As aOracle Cloud EPM/EDMCS Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Segregation of Duties (SOD) / SOX, Internal Controls Automation, Remediation, Risk Mitigation, Configuration Management.

  • Extensive hands-on experience in WEBADI, Data loader, ADFDI, FBDI, BPM.

  • Full life cycle Cloud Fusion implementation, Supporting and Oracle GRC. General Ledger (GL), Account Payables (AP), Account Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CE) and AGIS. In addition, having implementation, rollout, Upgradation and supporting experience on Oracle GRC and Fusion Risk Management, which includes FRC, AFC and AAC.

  • Solution design for Risk Management (AFC-Advanced Financial Controls, AAC-Advanced Access Controls and Remediation of the data security job and Data roles)

  • Prepared and delivered AIM Documents (BP080, BR110, TE040, DO070, CV010, CV040, BR100,) for implementations and customizations

  • User access provisioning control (PEA), Application control and security, Fraud detection and prevention

  • Develop and run exception reports, highlighting discrepancies and changes across different data versions to ensure master data accuracy and compliance.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Expertise in IT Change Releases life cycle Management.

  • Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies

  • Expertise in handling and working with Oracle support, consulting teams and should have a through understanding of the process that is involved taking care of Oracle SR’s.

  • Standout colleague, able to work with various levels in the organization across multiple time zones.

  • Naturally inquisitive, able to think creatively and offer solutions or alternative viewpoints.

  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to understand the basics of Oracle Cloud Fusion Apps, RMB and OICS

  • Ability to convert functional business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience

  • Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Fusions, EPM Applications Implementation/Release Management and leading end to end operations for change control boards.
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud and EBS R12 / RMB Architecture
  • Experience working within a Finance Technology function, preferably with large Financial Services Organisation.
  • Experience in driving high availability, resiliency, and scalability of a global Oracle ERP Cloud EDMCS, EPM Applications landscape delivering metrics-driven continuous improvements.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional Directors and global leads
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
