Job Description
We are seeking a skilled paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will interact with high-level Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales management, providing administrative and legal support to our attorneys. They will demonstrate a solid understanding of legal procedures and contract language, particularly non-disclosure agreements. The paralegal will review contracts and other legal documents.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate
- Min. of 5 years' experience in related field
- Proficiency with Word, Acrobat, and general filing systems
- Good writing skills and attention to detail
- Good organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
Good to have:
- 3+ years of experience in contract law

- Proficiency with Word, Acrobat and general filing systems similar to Decipher
- Good writing skills, and attention to detail
- Good organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
Power Integrations is committed to building teams that drive innovation and therefore review a range of factors when determining compensation. The annual base pay range for this position is $76,854 - $121,153 . Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications and work location.
The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
