Parts Advisor - Stargaoka

Tesla is seeking a Parts Advisor in its Stargaoka, Nagoya service center. The role involves managing all aspects of parts operations within the service facility, including ordering parts from the US, inventory management, quality control, customer interaction (phone, email, in-person), and system-based inventory management. Responsibilities also include preparing part estimates, processing returns, and supporting other service-related tasks as needed. Experience in a similar role at an automotive dealership or manufacturer is preferred, along with strong PC skills and teamwork abilities. Occasional travel may be required.
