Parts Quality Inspector (m/w/d) - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

Tesla seeks a Parts Quality Inspector for its Gigafactory in Berlin-Brandenburg. This integral role within Supply Chain Operations involves managing incoming parts inspections, sorting, rework, material disposition, and overseeing 3rd party companies. The successful candidate will ensure all products and processes meet customer and company requirements, efficiently managing sort, rework, rejected material disposition, and material returns. Responsibilities include daily inspection plan control at external warehouses, supervising service providers, leading the RTV process, conducting monthly inventory, kicking off sorting/rework activities, collaborating with various departments, monitoring key performance metrics, and maintaining an audit program. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in a technology manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills (a plus), excellent Excel knowledge, and proficiency in business system applications.
