You will provide full administrative and office support at an executive level to the Transaction Services (TS) Partners to ensure the smooth management of client interaction, team, finance administration, diaries and travel logistics, to support and enable the most effective use of their time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate and representing the Partners when required. 

Qualification:

Secretarial Diploma / Certificate

Experience:

  • 5 - 8 years’ experience managing multiple Directors in a similar environment
  • High levels of proficiency in MS Office 
  • Diary management
  • Stakeholder engagement at all levels - internal and external
  • Manage all correspondence on behalf of Partners (Confidentiality essential)
  • Manage local and International travel, cluding airport shuttle, detailed directions to meeting venues.  
  • Coordinating and arranging internal staff functions, client events, conferences and seminars.
  • Taking ,minutes in meetings
  • Completion of timesheets, expenses and general support with financial matters. 
  • General project and proposal administration - printing, formatting, binding, etc 
  • Financial processes for the team

Kindly note that this is an office bound position.
