Our client is seeking a highly skilled PowerPoint Presentation Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about PowerPoint and have a knack for transforming complex information into visually engaging presentations.
- 6+ month contract - with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
- $30.00-$35.00/hour
- Hybrid onsite in Mettawa 3 days/week
As a PowerPoint Presentation Specialist, you will:
- Utilize your expertise in PowerPoint to create graphics, charts, infographics, and more
- Analyze content to determine the most effective design elements, including typography, color schemes, and overall layout
- Design and produce high-quality presentations for various internal teams and senior executives
- Collaborate with team members to clarify project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring all client expectations are met
- Stay updated on current design trends and technologies, incorporating them into your work whenever possible
- Anticipate project needs and provide innovative solutions
- Maintain a strong, positive, and professional work ethic, even under pressure
- Efficiently prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in design or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in a creative agency environment
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to absorb and respond to constructive feedback
- A portfolio showcasing dynamic PowerPoint presentations with slide transitions, animated elements, video, data visualization, and good typography

- To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
