Responsibility of Printing machines all equipment, Sorting machine & Projects. Responsible for PRs. Spare parts & spares which are used in overhauling & on time to avoid break down of plant. PCM Guarding & Monthly EHS checklist.
Key Responsibilities
- To meet planned KPI as decided in capacity plan & dept. objective
- Responsible for whole printing process, quality, yield
- Responsible for printing quality issue solving.
- PCM Size change activity and quality track vBox PM
- Quality deviation investigation and CAPA & CI projects
- Create and update SOP, set up printing process specification, Training shift in skills
- To work actively so as not record LTI case.
- To clear all customers, Capsugel CQA, & EHS Audit.
- All Support Equipment planner based maintenance done on time for smooth running.
- Responsible for Facility upgrade for Printing and Inspection areas.
- To execute all Maintenance based on Planner and SOP in Printing & Inspection areas.
- To submit Performance Matrix before decided time frame.
- Execute Projects in Timely manner.
- Provide Trainings to Colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by next Level Supervisor
Key Requirements
- Degree in B.tech/Mechanical Engineering.
- A work experience of between 4years to 7 years in the similar role
- Good Communication skills
- Holds strong machine Knowledge.
