We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Photographer for an exciting opportunity with one of our clients, a prominent leader in the real estate industry. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $95,000, along with annual bonus potential, and is perfect for someone passionate about capturing stunning photos and videos of real estate properties.

As an Architectural Photographer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content to market residential and commercial properties. Using advanced tools like DSLR cameras, drones, and gimbals, you’ll capture compelling imagery that brings properties to life. If you have a strong background in architectural photography, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for videography, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality interior and exterior images and videos for multifamily, office, industrial, retail properties, as well as residential neighborhoods, parks, and schools.
• Creative Media Production: Utilize advanced equipment such as DSLR cameras, tilt-shift lenses, drones, and gimbals to produce visually engaging content.
• Travel & Scheduling: Travel up to a week per month (as needed), and schedule shoots based on the best times of day, season, and location to ensure the highest-quality images.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit photos and videos promptly to meet client expectations, delivering polished final products.
• Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients during all stages of the media shoot, from scheduling and setup to on-site interactions.
• Ongoing Professional Development: Continuously improve your craft by staying current on new photography techniques, tools, and technology.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience as a Real Estate or Architectural Photographer, or in a similar role.
• Portfolio: A current portfolio showcasing a variety of architectural, real estate, and exterior lifestyle media, including both photography and videography (drone work a plus).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manual camera settings, lighting techniques, and composition.
• Software Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Drone Certification: FAA Part 107 Drone Certification required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible Availability: Willingness to work occasional night and weekend projects as needed.
