The Professional Services Operations Specialist at Snyk will support the rapidly growing Services Team. This role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency and resource utilization across all projects. Key responsibilities include resource management, scheduling, process improvement, and data analysis to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. The specialist will also be involved in monitoring customer satisfaction, collecting feedback for service improvements, and reporting on key performance indicators.
Must have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Good to have:
  • Experience working with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool Certinia or similar platforms

Our Opportunity

Snyk is hiring for a Professional Services Operations specialist to support our rapidly growing Services Team. The Professional Services Operations Specialist is critical in supporting the successful delivery of Snyk's Professional Services engagements. This role is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency and maximizing resource utilization across all projects. Key responsibilities include resource management, scheduling, process improvement, and data analysis to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery while meeting organizational goals. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a passion for streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Planning and scheduling internal consultants and subcontractors across projects, considering factors such as skills, availability, and project deadlines.
  • Optimizing resource allocation to maximize utilization rates while minimizing bottlenecks and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively identifying and addressing potential resource constraints.
  • Developing, documenting, and implementing standardized processes for key operational functions, including project initiation, resource allocation, project tracking, and invoicing.
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation, including proposals, SOWs, and delivery artifacts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Streamlining operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce administrative overhead.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform service improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resource utilization, project profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizing data and analytics to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating closely with sales, customer success, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and subcontractors.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to support the growth and expansion of the Professional Services business.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Professional Services Operations, preferably within a cybersecurity or technology company.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool Certinia or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to operational challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Detail-oriented and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
