Job Summary

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects meet their financial, technical, and time parameters. You will manage and coordinate all activities and team members from various departments. This includes managing changes according to customer requests and confirming them in technical and commercial areas. You will also monitor and evaluate project indicators and report any deviations. Additionally, you will manage project documentation and provide inputs for rewarding the project team members. This role requires experience in project management within a manufacturing company. You'll work closely with production and quality teams, and English and Czech language proficiency are required.
Must have:
  • Education in a technical or economic field
  • Previous experience in project management from a manufacturing company
  • Excellent knowledge of English (technical English at least B2 level)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good organizational and presentation skills
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of German language

FAIVELEY TRANSPORT CZECH a.s. je součástí korporace Wabtec, která se po spojení s francouzskou společností Faiveley Transport v roce 2016 a americkou společností GE Transportation v roce 2019 stala největším výrobcem komponentů pro železniční a tranzitní průmysl. Budete spolu s dalšími kolegy součástí projektového teamu v Plzni – Bručné, a budete úzce spolupracovat i s dalšími odděleními jako jsou například výroba a kvalita.

Jak můžete přispět ke změně a rozvoji naší společnosti?

Jako projektový manažer, budete zodpovědný za tyto úkoly:

  • dodržení plánovaných věcných, finančních a časových parametrů projektu a podle možnosti jejich zlepšení.
  • řízení a koordinaci všech činností a členů týmů, kteří jsou určení ke zpracování projektu z jednotlivých úseků a oddělení
  • zodpovědnost za změny v souladu s požadavky zákazníka a za jejich písemné potvrzení jak v oblasti technické specifikace, tak v oblasti obchodní (dodací termíny atd.)
  • za sledování a vyhodnocování plnění ukazatelů projektu po celou dobu projektu a včasné upozorňování ředitele řízení projektů na odchylky a možná rizika.
  • za vedení předepsané dokumentace projektu včetně výhledu projektu z hlediska finančního, věcného i časového, složení projektového týmu v čase a podkladů pro odměňování členů projektového týmu.

Co budete potřebovat?

  • Vzdělání v technickém nebo ekonomickém oboru
  • Předchozí zkušenost z projektového managementu z výrobní společnosti
  • Výborná znalost anglického (nutná znalost technické angličtiny na úrovni alespoň B2) a českého jazyka podmínkou, německý jazyk výhodou
  • MS Office – pokročilá znalost
  • Velmi dobré organizační a prezentační dovednosti
