Job Description

As a Sales Planner at MiQ, you will collaborate with various teams and departments across the JAPAC region to support client acquisition growth. Your responsibilities will include crafting and delivering proposals, ensuring quality assurance, managing campaign bookings, and supporting reporting. You will also partner with Sales and Trading teams, communicate effectively, and strategize to develop existing client business and win new business. You will be working in a collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged to find new ways of working and improvements. The role requires high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be expected to master MiQ product capabilities and stay updated on industry trends to inform internal and external teams.

Role: Sales Planner

Location: Metro Manila 

Reporting to: Team Leader

 

What you’ll do

As a Sales Planner, you will be in the unique position across the JAPAC region to work closely with individuals from other markets and departments including Sales and Account Management; across our regional footprint. You will be responsible for the sales planning to support growth of client acquisition, and keeping prospect clients happy. 

As a Sales Planner, your main responsibilities will include:

 

Delivery

  • Craft and deliver accurate and thorough proposals within the RFP deadline. 
  • Accomplishing tasks on time and to a high quality, managing different deadlines and priorities

 

Quality Assurance and Customer Service

  • A high attention for detail and timeline oriented to ensure we meet the goals of local teams and clients accurately and on time
  • Play a key role on post-approval campaign bookings, set-up and resources to ensure client activity is launched efficiently and accurately 
  • Support both standard and advanced reporting, to ensure client activity is reported efficiently and accurately
  • Create and adhere to processes that mitigate errors and improve accuracy, and when data discrepancies occur, take a proactive and prompt approach to resolve conclusively

 

Internal Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and Trading teams to customize MiQ’s product suite and capabilities to the unique needs of our clients
  • Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutions

 

Communication

  • Clear communication to internal teammates and stakeholders; flexing communication style to influence positive outcomes 
  • Master MiQ product capabilities and stay on the latest industry trends to inform internal and external teams

 

Innovation

  • Strategize with Sales Leads in pre-sale periods to grow and develop existing client business and win net new business
  • Acting with curiosity to find new ways of working or improvements, open to trying things out.



What you’ll bring 

  • At least 2 years is sales planning or sales support experience in digital Media
  • High level of organisation and conscientiousness
  • Excellent communication skills
