Project Manager - Global Mobility Services

Team Introduction ByteDance Procurement aims to provide high-quality purchasing solutions for ByteDance and establish a global platform for purchasing resources. Through providing professional management of procurement resources, selecting high-quality suppliers, and managing supplier performance, we aim to improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and compliance of ByteDance procurement behavior, fostering a healthy long-term business environment. Responsibilities - Project Planning: Based on the company's strategic goals and business requirements, take the lead in the pre - project planning work. Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop a detailed project plan, covering project schedule arrangement, resource allocation plan, budget preparation, etc. - Project Execution and Monitoring: Track the project execution throughout the process, monitor key indicators such as project progress, cost, and quality. Timely identify and solve problems and risks during project execution, such as schedule delays and resource conflicts. Regularly report project progress to management to ensure project transparency. - Supplier Development and Management: Actively search for, evaluate, and screen potential suppliers, establish and improve the supplier information database. Maintain close communication with existing suppliers, regularly evaluate supplier performance, and handle problems in supplier relationships to improve supplier service levels. - Communication and Coordination: Maintain close communication with internal and external business parties, including internal teams, external customers, and partners. Timely transmit project information, coordinate the interests of all parties, solve communication barriers, and ensure that project stakeholders reach a consensus on project goals and progress. - Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in the project, formulate risk response strategies and plans. During project execution, monitor the risk status in real time, and adjust risk response measures in a timely manner to ensure that the project is not impacted by major risks. - Team Management: Clarify the division of responsibilities among team members, enhance team collaboration capabilities and project execution capabilities. Be responsible for team performance evaluation and motivation to ensure that the team maintains a high performance.

Minimum Qualifications: - Have experience in project management or relevant supplier management, and be familiar with risk management. - Be highly self-motivated, able to proactively identify problems in project management, and promote the continuous development and progress of related projects. Preferred Qualifications: - With enough project experience or work experience in multinational companies are preferred. - Professional certifications related to procurement or project management (such as CPSM, CIPS, or PMP, etc.) are preferred.
