What we're looking for?

We're seeking a talented Mobile QA Tester to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining compliant and updated versions of Android applications files delivered through the Digital Turbine Ignite Platform.

You will interact with both business and technical teams to ensure that all applications meet the requirements of Digital Turbine advertisers and carrier partners. Also, you will thoroughly test each application by executing a defined test plan and ensure all hosted apps are updated within Digital Turbine app management tools following a standard process.

What you'll do:

Monitor hosted developer app files for outdated versions and update them as needed within Digital Turbine application management tools
Ensure the app management team meets customer SLA requirements for maintaining updated app versions
Focus on finding, reporting, and reproducing bugs with Android applications
Document all test results, including application features and functionality, into internal tracking systems
Work directly with internal cross-functional teams and communicate testing results effectively.

You're a perfect fit if you have

Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech) from a premier institute like IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, COEP (Pune), VJTI, IIT-BHU, ISM, or another top 50 university.

Skills:

Familiarity with Android games and apps
Keen eye for detail
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with Android system testing
Knowledge of a scripting and programming languages
Command line experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Must have skills

Android and manual testing experience

Nice to have skills

Scripting languages (Python/java/shell) knowledge
