Quality Lead- Video

Pepper Content (www.peppercontent.io) is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Lead to oversee the quality assurance process for all Video projects at Pepper Content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and editing, combined with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and standards for video projects while ensuring all projects exceed quality expectations.
• Conduct thorough reviews of video projects at various stages, including pre-production, production, and post-production. Identify and address quality issues, inconsistencies, or deviations from project specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs and expectations. Ensure all content exceeds client requirements and address any concerns or revisions promptly.
• Work closely with video producers, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality expectations and project requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to enhance the quality of video content.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the video production team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in video content creation, production, and strategy, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
