Job Description  

As the Design Team, we are on to build one customer experience for our users across all touchpoints, digital or physical. We are able to achieve this by integrating multiple functions of visual design on product, brand and marketing design and communication, content strategy into one. We are seeking a talented and creative senior visual designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design engaging visual design, eye-catching festival creatives, and impactful campaigns within the app. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for visual storytelling, strategic thinking, solid understanding of user interface and the ability to deliver visually compelling designs that align with our brand objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of visual design experience.

• Portfolio that demonstrates your best work in Visual Design. Motion Graphic Design knowledge will be a plus.

Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Blender 3d are a plus. Ensures upskilling on latest tech and softwares.

• Experience of working in digital and in-app campaigns, understanding of design functionality & design systems.

• Comfortable working with front end engineering teams for web and mobile interfaces, including participating in design reviews.

• You would be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment following a rapid iterative design approach.

• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of working independently.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentational skills to ensure you effectively communicate your designs and all the decisions that shaped it, with your stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product design team to integrate Visual design elements that enhance user interaction and experience across our products.

• Ensure all Visual design assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and devices.

• Create, maintain and apply Visual best practices to drive innovation and ensure visual design solutions are highly scalable across multiple applications.

• Advocate for user-centered design while having a vision for a now-near-far roadmap of implementation.

• You will be the custodian of the visual design right from the design stage all the way until the experience is shipped to production. This means that you will also own the responsibility of creating a quality assessment for all designs in the development stage, ensuring zero loss in quality while in the transition from design to development to live production.
