Job description

About Scorewarrior

We’re a game developer and publisher from Cyprus with one single game in the 4x strategy genre: Total Battle. We’re a one-game company on purpose, because in everything we do, we focus.

We are currently concentrating on two major goals:

  1. To make our game #1 in its genre.

  2. To make our company the best place to work on games.

And we’re far from there; we still have a lot of work to do.

We are looking for a passionate Creative Outsource Manager who will build a successful outsource production team to support our internal team with the creation of high-performing marketing creatives, including: 3D video, video post-production, 2D art and playable-ads production.

Day in the life of a Creative Outsource Manager

As the Creative Outsource Manager at Scorewarrior, you will have the opportunity build a high-performing outsourced production team to design and deliver market-defining advertising collateral for our 4X strategy game ‘Total Battle’.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and networking with relevant external production staff including standalone partners and agencies in order to build a fast and reliable production process.

Job requirements

What you’ll need to do this job

This role requires someone who has a strong digital marketing experience, particularly in marketing creative production, with the ability to research relevant individual partners and agencies and begin to onboard them into a robust external production process.

As such, we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of remote project management experience.

  • Basic knowledge of UE4/UE5, Blender and Houdini.

  • Significant experience with creative marketing production in 3D video, 2D art, playable-ads and/or video post-production in a mobile games environment.

  • Basic 3D skills and the ability to check assets and export them.

  • Experience with AI tools like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion.

The interview process
  • Step 1: Recruiter Screening Call - meet one of our recruitment team to tell you more about the role and life here at Scorewarrior and tell us more about you.
  • Step 2: Test Task - This is a short assignment to allow you to demonstrate your relevant research and project skills. You’ll use one of our creatives to identify suitable partners and detail how you would build a connection.
  • Step 3: First Interview - Meet our Creative Leads to discuss more about the Creative Outsource Manager role, find out our goals for the first 3 months and 6 months and allow us to find out more about you.
  • Step 4: Final Interview - Meet our Creative Lead and our CMO for a final discussion about your experience and the expectations of the role here at Scorewarrior. You will work closely with our marketing and UA teams so this is a good opportunity to find out more about their work.

Why you should join us

We strongly believe we have the best team in the world, but just to prove it we’ll also offer you some fantastic benefits:

  • An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.

  • Full-coverage relocation for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).

  • Private health insurance for you and your family members.

  • A monthly school allowance for your children at pre-school and school-age.

  • Lunch compensation.

  • Personal development opportunities paid for by the company: professional and language courses, books, etc.

  • A modern and sunny office space close to the sea.

About The Company

Our company was founded in 2015 in Cyprus with the initial goal of publishing and operating third-party games.

In 2016 we decided that we wanted to work with our own games instead of ready-made products. We were excited by the idea of being a full-cycle game development studio: to launch a game, gain initial traction, and then scale up the game globally and become a leader in the genre.

2017 saw the arrival of our first game, Total Battle. We discovered the game in its very early stages, and we believed in its great potential, so we made it our goal to focus on this single title and become the leader in the 4X strategy genre.

In 2021, we began to transform the company into a full-cycle game development studio, adding game developers, designers, and artists to our already existing publishing team, which consisted of our finance, legal, marketing, community, and support staff. We finished this process in 2022, and we now operate from our two offices in Limassol.
