The regional Time Zone (TZ) Leader is seen as a trusted advisor for their solution area by shaping the business performance, making the market through lighthouse wins, enabling the next wave of growth by incubating new services while building the best team of technology experts who make business outcomes happen for customers. The TZ leader leads a team of 30+ Global Black Belts located across Asia.
The TZ Leader partners with the Area(s) to optimize business performance and enable future growth. They develop new high-growth scaled solutions and connect technology to business outcomes to win market making opportunities. They also role model, develop, and coach Area leadership to maximize solution success.
