For our offices in Leuven, we are looking for a proactive and motivated project manager. You will join the Advanced Solutions Team, as part of YouGov Shopper, working primarily with advanced analytics and ad hoc research solutions. We help our clients with their small and big questions by offering relevant and useful solutions and advice regarding changing consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
• You will work closely together with consultants and support to give insights to manufacturers and retailers on shopping behavior;
• You are responsible for the content of the surveys (project management).
• You perform well-structured research and work together with the Consultant to provide the best possible answer for the client;
• You transform client briefings into research briefings for the internal organization;
• You conduct desk research, make questionnaires and compile client reports;
• You like to start, follow up and think in improving processes;
• You have regular contact with clients in the preparing phase, during the fieldwork and at the final presentation.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
• You have recently obtained your Master or Bachelor in an economic or psychologic field, and preferably you have 1+ years of experience in the field of ad-hoc research.
• You have knowledge of statistics and affinity with ad hoc research techniques
• You have knowledge of project management.
• You have basic experience in SPSS or R.
• You are passionate about the FMCG/Food industry.
• You are a Dutch speaker (essential), and fluent in English and French.
• You are a team player, hands-on that knows when to work hard but also when to have fun!
