Must have:
  • 1-3 years of professional analytical experience.

  • Experience with connected systems like Salesforce and NetSuite ERP.
  • Experience with SaaS and recurring revenue models.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical and business intelligence skills.

Job Details

Position: Full-time 

Location - Hyderabad, India

Who are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years of professional analytical and problem solving experience working in sales operations, business analyst role, process improvement, and/or program/project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Experience working with connected systems Salesforce, NetSuite ERP and having the ability to understand how systems integrate with one another. 
  • Experience with SaaS and understanding how a SaaS & recurring revenue business works.   
  • Experience with visual analysis applications and sales intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, MIcrosoft Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, GMail, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Google and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, data manipulation and business intelligence skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with requirements to multitask and be goal oriented. 
  • Ability to learn quickly, being open to change and having the willingness to take constructive feedback from management. 
  • Passionate, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who is confident in working independently and tactfully.  

What would you do, if hired?   

  • Process Sales Orders and Renewals and support our sales teams with planning and operational tasks.
  • Respond to inquiries from the field (Salesforce Cases) and ensure their issues are addressed on a timely matter.  
  • License consumer entitlements and communicate its completion effectively.
  • Perform audits to uphold data integrity in systems.  
  • Support the development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans.
  • Engage and work with aligned operations teams and lines of business to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results.
  • Ad-hoc metric reporting as needed.
