As an SNS Regional Vice President, you will lead a team of highly specialized account executives responsible for generating new business with specified US Intelligence Community customers. Responsibilities include managing and developing a sales team (recruiting, hiring, training); participating in and leading client/prospect meetings; working cross-functionally; mentoring and developing team members; reporting on sales activity and forecasting; driving customer awareness and engagement; developing and implementing successful sales campaigns; engaging at the C-level; managing significant client concerns; and developing corporate relationships. This role requires proven success leading teams in the Public Sector, specifically US Intelligence Community agencies, and excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills. The position demands a TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

SNS is Salesforce’s contracting entity dedicated to the US Intelligence Community and US National Security market which includes the Department of Defense and US Aerospace and Government Systems Integrator Industrial Base, and in this capacity is a major component of Salesforce’s Global Public Sector.As an SNS Regional Vice President, you would lead a team of highly specialized account executives responsible for generating new business with specified US Intelligence Community customers.Qualification for this job is contingent upon acceptable results from a background investigation and maintaining the specific level U.S. government background investigation required for this role. All offers of employment are contingent upon Government approval of your TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.

Role Description:
  • First Line Sales Leaders in our organization are Supervisors, Managers, Senior Managers, Regional Sales Directors or Regional Vice Presidents.
  • As a Sales Leader, you will be managing and developing a team of Account Executives.
  • You will participate and lead in client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resources as required.
  • You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on sales process. In this role you will report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

  • Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring and training
  • Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins
  • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management
  • Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results
  • Actively leading and monitoring demand-generation activities
  • Leading initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement
  • Develop and implement successful sales campaigns
  • Engaging at C-level in enterprise customer organizations
  • Capable of successfully managing significant client concerns and issues
  • Develop required Corporate relationships and Executive engagement to support success
     
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven successful experience in leading teams of individual contributors (Account Executives)
  • Industry Experience in Public Sector - specifically in specified US Intelligence Community agencies/organizations
  • Proven ability to create successful teams and lead them to success
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills

This candidate must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) who does not hold dual citizenship and agrees to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position.This position requires a USA TS/SCI with Polygraph security access level.
