Role and Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals Studios.
Manage the CRM system to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progression.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and preparing sales presentations Studios Experience.
Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding inquiries, order status, and general service questions.
Co-Ordinate the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints.
Generate and distribute regular sales reports, including performance metrics, customer data, and sales forecasts.
Track key sales indicators and communicate findings to the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
