Job Description

As a Sales Data Quality Specialist at Motive, you will be an integral part of the Account Strategy & Growth team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the highest standards of data quality, which is crucial for driving account growth and optimizing sales operations. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations and the Sales Team to pinpoint business challenges and growth opportunities related to data quality. This includes tasks such as merging duplicate accounts and contacts, analyzing data to provide actionable solutions, creating and maintaining key data quality metrics, and guaranteeing data integrity within Salesforce and other CRM systems. You'll also be analyzing large datasets to extract insights and provide recommendations to enhance sales performance.
Must have:
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data management.
  • Excellent communication and business acumen.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to resolve data issues.
  • Ability to identify and improve process gaps.
Good to have:
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.

About the Role: 

You will be part of the Account Strategy & Growth team at Motive, focusing on maintaining high standards of data quality essential for driving account growth and enhancing sales operations. The role involves working closely with Sales Operations and the Sales Team to identify business problems and opportunities related to data quality.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Identify and merge duplicate accounts and contacts. 
  • Collaborate with Salesops and the Sales team to analyze data and provide solutions. 
  • Build and maintain key metrics related to data quality.
  • Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Analyze large datasets to develop insights and recommendations to improve sales performance. 
  • Handle various types of accounts including Franchise/partner/contractor accounts for deduplication and enrichment needs.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience managing large amounts of structured and unstructured data.
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen, with an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and handle data-related challenges.
  • Ability to identify gaps in processes and implement improvements.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.
