The Demand Generation Manager - II will lead and execute strategic marketing programs to increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role involves developing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing lead generation efforts, and collaborating with sales to drive revenue. The candidate will focus on ABM planning and execution, strategic alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include driving qualified leads, partnering with the digital marketing lead, collaborating on ABM strategy, working with the content team, and reporting on pipeline and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimization across marketing channels.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in running digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Google Ads.
  • Deep knowledge of ABM strategies and execution.

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Demand Generation Manager - II to lead and

execute strategic marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

This role is responsible for developing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing lead generation

efforts, and collaborating with sales to drive revenue. The ideal candidate is data-driven,

creative, and has a proven track record of executing high-impact demand generation initiatives,

with a strong emphasis on ABM (Account-Based Marketing) planning and execution, strategic

alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.


What’s in it for you?
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth, with a strong focus on ABM planning and execution.
  • Leverage both key accounts as identified in our account-based marketing strategy, combined with proven lead gen techniques that deliver sales qualified leads (SQLs) and pipeline from companies in the defined segments.
  • Partner with digital marketing lead to create an end-to-end strategy that drives pipeline through SEO, ABM, email, display ads, AdWords, chatbot, content syndication, and other next-generation digital marketing techniques.
  • Work closely with our digital marketing, product marketing, field marketing, BDRs, and customer marketing on ABM strategy and campaign development to ensure a highly coordinated experience and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Work with the content team to develop content that drives traffic to our site and helps us improve awareness and discoverability with the target accounts.
  • Work closely with ops and leadership to report out on our pipeline, lead generation and account engagement efforts.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimisation across marketing channels.


We’d love to hear from you, if you:
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years experience running end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, 6Sense, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar tools.
  • Deep knowledge of ABM strategies and execution and ability to drive tailored marketing approaches.
  • Experience in integrated campaigns using web, email, SEO, social, chatbots, paid ads, and more.
  • Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and accelerate opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
