Job Summary

Job Description

The Tesla Advisor role in Hanam, Gyeonggi, Korea, involves welcoming customers, promoting the Tesla brand, and providing a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include managing potential customers, presenting Tesla products through various channels (in-person, phone, email, text), scheduling and conducting test drives, generating sales through systematic customer management, managing customer relations through vehicle delivery, achieving sales and delivery targets through teamwork, and adapting to changing business needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service, strong communication skills, understands the electric vehicle industry, is comfortable with shift work (including weekends), and has prior sales or customer service experience. A valid driver's license is required.

What You’ll Do
  • 매장 내방 고객 환영 및 잠재 고객 관리
  • 대면, 유선, 메일, 문자를 통한 Tesla 제품소개
  • 테슬라 운전 경험 제공을 위한 시승 예약 및 진행
  • 체계적 고객관리를 통한 구매 고객 창출 및 판매 촉진
  • 차량 출고를 위한 고객 관리 및 긍정적 고객 경험 제공
  • 적극적인 팀워크를 통해 세일즈, 인도 타겟 및 KPI 달성
  • 비즈니스 상황에 따른 업무 집행
