The SAP CRM Senior Associate Consultant role involves performing detailed system analysis, developing functional and customization specifications, and hands-on configuration experience in project implementations. Responsibilities include participating in client workshops, developing processes, unit testing, preparing technical specifications, incident management, data migration, and staying updated with industry standards. The consultant will collaborate with a distributed team, focus on quality, and focus on specific engagement. This role also requires strong communication, analytical, and consulting skills.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years experience in S4HANA SERVICE & SAP CRM module.
  • Perform system analysis and develop specifications.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in project implementations.
  • Experience in SAP CRM Master Data, Order Management.
  • Work with ABAP, Basis, and other teams.
  • Cross-functional team experience and techno-functional skills.
  • Base customization knowledge in CRM module.

Role – SAP CRM Senior Associate Consultant             
              
Qualifications       
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in S4HANA SERVICE & SAP CRM module as Functional Consultant. 
  • Perform detailed system analysis, should be able to develop functional and customization specifications. 
  • Hands-on configuration experience in mid / large-scale project implementations 
  • Experience in SAP CRM Master Data, Order Management experience, Activity management. 
  • Work closely with ABAP, Basis, and other teams in the design and implementation of SAP CRM functionality. 
  • Cross-functional team experience, excellent configuration, and techno-functional skills. 
  • Need to know base customization in CRM module 
  • Should be knowing the new integrated S4CRM module inside S4HANA box
Responsibilities   
  • Participate in Client Workshops (requirement basis) 
  • Development / Enhancement of Processes as per Functional Specifications 
  • Unit Testing of processes 
  • Preparation of Technical Specifications 
  • Incident Management 
  • Data Migration 
  • Stay abreast of industry standards & Domain updates 
  • All documentation 
  • Collaborate with a distributed team 
  • Quality/ Standard focus 
  • Focused on specific engagement 
   Business Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (optional).
  • Understand business processes for focus areas or modules.
  • Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
  • Learn/understand consulting “soft” skills necessary on engagements, as well as with team collaborative initiatives.
