Job Description

As a Senior Art Director at Publicis Groupe, you will brainstorm and collaborate on creative ideas with the team. You will support the creative lead, cooperate with team members and other stakeholders to develop effective and beautiful creative outputs. You will lead and handle smaller projects independently, requiring strong art direction and crafting skills. You'll ensure on-time deliverables and take personal accountability. The role demands expertise in graphic design principles (typography, photography, composition, color theory), strong time management, excellent communication skills, and teamwork abilities. You'll work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client briefs.

Job Description

• Brainstorm and collaborate on creative ideas with creative team under supervision
• Support the creative lead, cooperate with creative team members and other stakeholders to develop effective and beautiful creative outputs
• Lead and handle small-scale projects/items that require good art direction and crafting independently
• Take personal accountability for on-time deliverables

Qualifications

• Expertise in graphic design including classic typography, photography, composition, color theory and etc.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize tasks and ensure deliverables are on-brief and on time
• Strong capability in time management
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to work as part of team
• Team oriented, self-motivated
