Senior Associate in Finance  

(Internal Firm Services)

A career in our Finance team will give you a chance to support both the local and SEE finance team with right accounting, analysis, controlling, monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting planning, business partnering and investment assessment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and validate statutory/management reports;

  • Provide statutory and tax compliance within territory;

  • Support the month-end closing process;

  • Coordinate activities with Shared Service Center;

  • Enhance Controlling function;

  • P&L, forecast, budget planning, monitoring KPI taking right action to support business growth;

  • Support the cash flow management;

  • Prepare detailed variance analysis and monthly territory review and provide commentary during territory leadership meeting;

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounting - Finance Management role, controlling experience, preferably in a similar business environment.

  • Qualified accountant for the North Macedonian market, ACCA would be an advantage.  

  • Demonstrate abilities to work with multiple stakeholders and leadership team.

  • Ability to manage large sets of data with attention to details-advanced excel usage, familiar with Power BI.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills and accomplishments.

  • Act to resolve issues which prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty.

  • Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.

  • Focus on building trusted relationships.

  • Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.
