Job Description & Summary
A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.
Our Digital and Web Marketing team helps create engaging and interactive marketing materials in the digital and web space. As part of the team, you’ll help us with digital marketing campaigns, google analytics, social advertising, graphic design or a variety of other digital marketing tasks.
Roles and responsibilities:
Market positioning & Brand Management:
- Brand management: Develop and execute brand campaigns aimed at enhancing brand equity and increasing awareness; ensure consistency across marketing channels and touchpoints, align messaging with business goals and monitor performance and competition for actionable insights.
- Project Management: Serve as the key point of contact for assigned firm initiatives. Participate in discussions with leaders and stakeholders, collaborate with the wider team to develop marketing strategies, ensure achievement of agreed outcomes, and provide timely progress reports.
- Regional Marketing Collaboration: Partner with regional and global teams on marketing campaigns, provide analytical support, and fulfill local reporting requests (e.g., Network Standards, Global Dashboard, Regional ad campaigns).
2. Event Management:
- Plan and execute firmwide events, both in-person and virtual, including seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors, and oversee budget management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that events support and align with firmwide objectives.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Social Media Management (Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube): Run effective campaigns to communicate the firm’s viewpoints externally and implement digital marketing activities to strengthen brand presence. Use data-driven insights to ensure consistent and relevant content delivery.
- Website & Email Marketing: Utilise website and email marketing tools for data analysis to enhance user experience.
- Digital Tools Application: Optimise and enhance the use of digital tools by incorporating the latest trends to strengthen digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Business degree major in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, and other relevant degrees.
- Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand and event management, with additional experience in digital marketing, or social media being a plus.
- Experience in B2B marketing or in a professional services environment, with experience in an Agency as an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal, communication, coordination and follow-up skills. Proficient written and spoken English.
- Highly organised, with strong project management skills. Creativity and design skills are a plus
