In order to expand our team in Germany, we are now looking for a talented

Senior Solutions Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

    • Develop core messaging and value propositions for our solutions and use cases, leveraging comprehensive market research and customer insights to align with customer needs.
    • Align marketing efforts with strategic business goals, supporting customer engagement and driving overall organizational objectives.
    • Independently coordinate and oversee content creation by managing internal teams and external contractors ensuring high-quality, timely execution.
    • Lead account-based marketing projects including community events, sales training, and content management to drive solution-focused marketing efforts.
    • Collaborate with the solutions and account management teams to ensure customer-centric alignment across all marketing efforts.
    • Monitor and optimize marketing activities, ensuring the success and impact of all initiatives.

Your profile:

    • Comprehensive experience in product or solutions marketing within the life sciences, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry-specific challenges, and the needs of our customers
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing activities with broader business goals and customer engagement strategies
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to independently coordinate content creation and marketing activities across multiple teams and external partners
    • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and experience driving solution-focused initiatives such as community events, sales training, and customer engagement
    • Data-driven approach, using metrics and customer insights to monitor, optimize, and enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
