Marketing Manager - Salesforce Services

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our regional marketing strategy, driving local visibility, and executing initiatives that align with our long-term growth objectives. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and global marketing teams to drive impact.

• Brand Development: Build and enhance the visibility of our team’s brand within the Salesforce ecosystem and among key stakeholders. 
• Campaign Management: Work closely with the Business Development team to plan and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads, drive brand awareness, and support business development efforts. 
• Content and Storytelling: Create engaging content that showcases our entrepreneurial culture and the transformative power of our Salesforce projects and oversee the creation of compelling content, including case studies, whitepapers and thought leadership.  
• Event Coordination: Organize and manage events, webinars, and workshops to engage prospects, clients, and industry partners. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team to align regional activities with overall corporate strategy and leverage existing resources. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the tech or Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven track record in executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the German market and cultural nuances.
• Fluency in German and English with excellent communication skills.
