At Publicis Groupe, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst fluent in English to join Publicis Global Delivery, the outstanding platform that we created to become a global interconnected network and provide offshore & nearshore solutions for our partners - sister companies´ business worldwide.

A cross-media transformation agent, based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico, that provides centralized expertise of all Publicis Global Services' capabilities to enable consistent and standardized delivery across Media, Production, Commerce, Content, Data & Technology.
What you’ll do:
• Analyze data and consult with subject matter experts to design and develop business rules for data processing
• Setup and/or maintain dataflows in data wrangling tools like Alteryx or Google Dataprep
• Create and/or maintain SQL scripts
• Where applicable, work with data engineers to assure specifications are understood and followed
• Be responsible for ensuring that campaign performance data is easily accessible and reliable
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate data quality across marketing data systems ensuring full understanding of client deliverables
• Design and execute data quality checks
• Keep up to date on digital media operations – new partners, buy changes, etc.
• Govern taxonomy additions, application, and use
• Serve as a knowledge expert for media and site data processes and identify areas of improvement to ensure appropriate turnaround times and data quality standards are being met
• Evaluate opportunities for simplification and/or automation for reporting and various processes
• Influence teams towards data-informed decision-making and analytical thinking
• Promote a culture of process documentation
• Provide guidance on process improvements and best practices for data management
• Work closely with other Data and Analysis teams, providing recommendations and direction on visualization of our data
• Help on large-scale data technology projects, including discovery, creating requirements, testing, and more
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
• Experience designing and executing data quality checks and ETL proceses
• Experience evaluating opportunities for simplification and/or automation for reporting and various processes
• Passion for problem solving in the main need the specific tools can be train by the team
• Experience working with Google Cloud and AWS a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Python and/or R a plus
• Create and/or maintain SQL scripts
• Proficient with at least one data visualization tool (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio)
