In this role you will

  • Create mathematical models for better understanding the value of Outfit7’s users and of the profitability of Outfit7’s marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize data processing workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Drive operational improvements within analytical processes and methodology, as well as campaign improvements.
  • Use Shiny and R or Tableau to create dashboards that clearly show key data insights and that can be used and understood outside of the analytics team.
  • Help set priorities within the team based on business impact.
  • Work efficiently as part of the team.

What we’re looking for

  • Talent for data science methodology and practice, as well as storytelling capability.
  • Proficiency in reporting and explaining complex results to people from different professional backgrounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to find opportunities for improvements in dashboards and to follow through on changes.
  • Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).

Your experience

  • 3+ years of experience working in data science using statistical methods.
  • Experience with ML for modeling more complex concepts.
  • Experience in data instrumentation and data collection, as well as in the use of tools for analyzing data (e.g. R, Python).
  • Experience in marketing data science (or similar role) would be a plus.
