What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading a team to collaborate with major cloud service providers (CSP), key OEM customers, and internal teams to develop future GPU-accelerated data center architectures and roadmaps
Leading a team to work alongside hardware design, firmware, software, and validation teams to integrate NVIDIA's GPU-based solutions into our customers' data center products
Define system-level requirements and specifications for server products based on x86 and ARM architectures with NVIDIA GPU solution, while maintaining design documentation, test plans, and other customer enablement materials
Evaluate and enhance system performance, power efficiency, and thermomechanical integration. Simultaneously, provide the internal team with laser focus feedback for future improvements
Leading a team to address complex server system technical design issues at all levels
Collaborate with cross functional teams at NVIDIA to ensure customer solutions are exceptionally optimized for the highest performance servers in the world
What We Need to See:
Expertise in thermal, mechanical, and electrical (TME) engineering who has experience ranging from nano-electronic and micro-mechanical board design to the integration of large-scale data center facility systems
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10 overall years of proven experience in system-level design and integration of server products from concept to deployment, which includes 5 years of management experience
Strong track record of leading a team working with multidisciplinary groups (hardware, firmware, software, validation and PM teams)
In-depth knowledge of server and data center products and applications
Exceptional communication skills, both external and internal, coupled with strong teamwork abilities
A deep passion for complex problem-solving on technical level and process level while comprehending the broader implications and trade-offs involved

The base salary range is 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
