Responsibilities include taking ownership of existing systems and organizing around work to meet client needs and market demands. You will solve problems independently, lead small engineering groups when necessary, and collaborate within a flat structure.
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience
- Effective written and verbal English communication
- Modern JavaScript (client-side & server-side)
- React or equivalent frontend framework
- CI/CD, TDD, Git
- Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum)
Good to have:
- TypeScript or similar statically typed language
- Next.js
- Cloud (AWS/Azure)
- Infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- SQL databases
- ElasticSearch / NoSQL
- Building and integrating APIs

Your duties and responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and support production software used by sophisticated users making important and complex decisions.
- Apply your experience and knowledge to solve both common and complex issues.
- Reflect on the team’s work and adapt the team’s practices based on learning.
- Take responsibility for existing systems that the team owns.
Work Structure:
- Willingness to organize around work as we adapt to our clients’ needs and market demands.
- Solve problems in a self-directed manner.
- When necessary, take the lead in small groups of engineers to obtain a decision and provide a solution.
- Work collaboratively in a flat structure.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer.
