Senior HR & Admin Manager

They are currently seeking a versatile and organized Senior HR & Admin Manager to be responsible for the company's human resources management and daily administrative work. • Deliver expert HR guidance and strategic support across the organization.
• Lead and oversee the HR and Administration team to ensure seamless, accurate daily operations.
• Collaborate closely with managers and department leaders on key HR areas such as workforce planning, performance evaluations, employee engagement, and talent development.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and staffing projections for HR and administrative functions.
• Evaluate and enhance compensation and benefits initiatives to stay competitive and align with legal standards.
• Contribute to establishing HR policies and updating operational procedures.
• Manage additional tasks and projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in HR and administration, including 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and relevant regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines and thrive in high-pressure settings.
• Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and a collaborative team player with the confidence to juggle multiple priorities.
