Your Mission
As Sr Manager, Compensation, you will play a key role in shaping and executing core compensation programs across the company. This role is designed to lead cross-company compensation initiatives. It serves as the primary liaison to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring the continuous automation and scalability of compensation processes. You will partner closely with the Global Compensation team, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence, including HR Operations, Talent, and HRIS, to drive compensation programs excellence and system optimization.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of global compensation cycles, including annual merit, annual and mid-year promotions, and annual equity planning-driving budget development, process readiness, system configuration, training, and execution.
Project-manage compensation programs from a system perspective, such as annual bonus programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with the compensation strategy.
Maintain and enhance compensation systems infrastructure (e.g., Workday, offer development tools, and compensation reporting tools).
Own North America pay transparency programs and partner with international teams on EMEA pay transparency policies; identify potential risks and recommend solutions.
Lead pay equity and bias testing analysis, partnering with key stakeholders to identify risks and develop action plans.
Oversee compensation activities, including salary range reviews, geographic differential updates, minimum wage audits, and cross-company hire process improvements.
Provide analytical support to develop, evaluate, and improve compensation programs and policies.
Partner with HRIS and HR Operations to ensure data is accurately maintained in Workday.
Develop training materials and resources for HR Business Partners and Talent Professionals.
Player Profile
Preferred Experience
10+ years of relevant experience, depending on education and experience
Proven Compensation experience within a multinational or global company
Experience within tech, entertainment, gaming, and/or consulting preferred
Experience as a Compensation Program Manager leading global compensation programs preferred
Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree – preferred focus in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative fields
Highly organized with a consistent track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, sophisticated, dynamic business environment
Proactive, self-directed/motivated, and results-oriented individual with a high dedication to quality and driving results while handling multiple, and at times, competing priorities
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships and partner effectively – fueling collaboration and providing service-oriented support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, and recognizing trends, and interest in translating data or complex findings to senior leaders
Standout colleague who is eager to learn, contribute, and drive forward initiatives – showing a strong work ethic validated by accountability and the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times
Resilient in the face of change with the ability to adjust, adapt, and perform in a constantly evolving environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint required; Workday experience preferred; familiarity with Workday’s Advanced Compensation module is a strong plus.
Functional knowledge of statistics, as applied to a business environment preferred

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $116,800.00 - $216,000.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
