The Senior Manager for the Field Sales Channel team will oversee and support channel partnership strategy within Eastern Europe. This role involves building relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategy. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Partner Managers and Distribution Managers, utilize strategic thinking skills, and leverage a proven track record in channel management and sales. This role requires achieving revenue targets, developing Cloud Partners business, creating Joint Business Plans for top partners, and driving strategic initiatives within the ecosystem. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in leadership, deep knowledge of the Eastern European market, and a wide network within the Eastern European Channel ecosystem.
Must have:
  • Leadership/people management experience (at least 5 years).
  • Deep knowledge of the Eastern European market.
  • Wide network within the Eastern European Channel ecosystem.
  • Solid Technical and Sales background.
  • Experience in a channel management role (at least 5 years).
  • Proven track-record of implementing channel strategies.
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory.
  • Bachelor degree and/or equivalent years of experience.
  • Fluent in English.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager for the Field Sales Channel team to oversee and support our channel partnership strategy within the Eastern European (Poland, Czech Republic and Romania – entire geography Croatia, Slovenia, Baltics etc.) region. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with channel partners (Resellers, Hosting partners, Distributors, and Service Delivery partners) driving sales growth, and ensuring alignment with our company's strategy and priorities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities as he will be leading a team of experienced Partner Managers and Distribution Managers, strategic thinking skills, and a proven track record in channel management and Sales.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Previous leadership/people management experience (at least 5 years) is a must
  • Very deep knowledge for the Eastern European market.
  • Wide network within the Eastern European Channel ecosystem – executive level relationships.
  • Solid Technical and Sales background.
  • Previous experience within a channel management role (at least 5 years).
  • Proven track-record of implementing winning channel strategies and building synergies within the channel ecosystem.
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory
  • Bachelor degree and/or equivalent years of experience
  • Fluent in English

 

Job Functions:

  • Achieving revenue targets and goals for the territory.
  • Developing and growing the Cloud Partners business (Rental) in the territory.
  • Developing Joint Business Plans for all Top partners in the Territory.
  • Driving strategic and multi-dimensional initiatives within the ecosystem by engaging multiple key players within the Channel and Alliances ecosystem.
  • Developing key action plans with the channel team to drive growth in the BaaS and Enterprise markets.
